MAX COOL SYSTEM

Thermal insulation – Drastic reduction of temperature

Max Cool is Max Plus’s thermal insulation system for surfaces, in the form of a 100% acrylic liquid membrane made from water and ceramic. Its composition provides high reflectivity, high emissivity, low heat absorption, low thermal conductivity, high elasticity, and high weather resistance. Using the same technology as NASA in its spacecraft, the Max Cool system guarantees maximum quality and efficiency for the thermal insulation of environments.

Its objective is to eliminate thermal shock, reduce the internal temperature of the environment, provide thermal comfort, and save energy.

The Max Cool system will reduce the roof temperature by 75%, decreasing the internal temperature of the environment by up to 15°C.

And there’s more! Through the drastic reduction of heat in the internal environment, our system is capable of promoting savings of around 40% on the electricity bill because it avoids the need for refrigeration appliances to operate at maximum power.

MAX FACADES SYSTEM

The Max Facades System was developed to enhance the thermal efficiency of buildings by working in conjunction with the roof system. While the roof receives the greatest amount of solar radiation, the facades and side walls accumulate heat throughout the day, and that’s precisely where the strength of this system comes in.

Composed of Max Conditioner, which stabilizes and prepares porous or cementitious surfaces, and Max Therm, our high-reflectivity thermal insulator, the system creates a true thermal shield around the building. It reduces heat absorption in the walls, decreases thermal transmission, and prevents external heat from entering the interior.

By encompassing the entire area, roof + facades, thermal performance increases significantly, reducing the internal temperature, decreasing thermal shock, and guaranteeing real savings on energy bills, since air conditioning equipment works much less.

The Max Plus Gutter System was created to definitively eliminate leaks, seepage, and degradation in gutters, guaranteeing maximum protection and efficiency of the roofing system. This system is exclusive to contracted roofing projects, ensuring total integration with all Max Plus technologies.

For concrete gutters or porous surfaces, we apply Max Conditioner, which seals, stabilizes, and prepares the base, guaranteeing adhesion, resistance, and durability. For metal gutters, we use Max Proof – C combined with polyester veil at joints and critical points, creating a reinforced, continuous, and extremely resistant membrane.

And to protect the entire system against solar radiation and thermal shock, it is finished with Max Therm, our reflective thermal coating, which increases durability, reduces expansion, and maintains waterproof performance even under high sun exposure.

It eliminates leaks, protects the structure, and creates a continuous barrier against moisture, temperature variations, and weathering.

The process begins with proper surface preparation using Max Conditioner, which stabilizes and seals porous substrates, ensuring total adhesion and uniformity of the system. Next, we apply two layers of Max Proof – C, reinforced with polyester mesh between the layers, forming a flexible, continuous, and highly resistant membrane.

For final system protection, we use Max Therm, which acts as a thermal shield, reduces expansion, increases the lifespan of the waterproofing, and improves the overall performance under high solar exposure conditions.

The result is a robust, high-performance, and long-lasting system, perfect for those seeking to eliminate leaks and ensure structural safety with maximum efficiency.

Important: This system is not recommended for slabs that accumulate stagnant water, as stagnation compromises the performance of any membrane. Ideally, the Max Lajes System should be applied to surfaces with adequate drainage, allowing for total waterproofing efficiency.

Metal structures absorb heat rapidly, easily exceeding 70°C under direct sunlight. This damages goods, overloads equipment, and makes them unsuitable for residential or operational applications.

Max Therm creates a reflective thermal barrier, drastically reducing solar heat absorption and stabilizing the internal temperature. The result is less heating, less thermal fluctuation, and much greater energy efficiency.

The warranty offered on the systems is up to 15 years, renewable. During this period, we guarantee the watertightness of leaks, seepage, and heat reduction, providing thermal comfort to the environment and employees.

After the warranty period, to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the system, only washing of the industrial roofs with pressurized water is performed.
